Pharmaceutical
Expired antibiotics, old prescriptions, unused narcotics, vials, pills, syringes with residual meds. You can't flush them or trash them (groundwater pollution, liability nightmare). Shredding
Patient charts, billing statements, appointment logs, anything with names, medical histories, insurance info, or SSNs. HIPAA says destroy it securely—shredding bins aren't enough.
